ACT Coaching Program

As a burnout prevention and recovery specialist, I help you to become aware of the signs and symptoms of burnout. You will discover a new you who is confident, conscious of  your self worth, utilising the ACT program along with other tools and techniques  Room to Exhale are  here to assist you to break through the blockages to get to where you would like to be and giving you the tools to recognise and manage situations which require additional coping strategies.  Working with the whole person, and cover many areas to enhance all areas of personal development and work life balance.

During the program we explore solutions for the whole person, taking a deeper look whilst peeling back the layer to the root cause. We commence with Awareness  which leads to Challenges which takes you to the Transformation. We will work with you through the program allowing you to met challenges head on.

Organisational group coaching, benefits both from the organisational and the workforce perspective. Group coaching is often well received by participants as it allows a collective discussion around key theme topic areas and creates a safe space, for open non-judgmental conversation. Organisations benefits from workforce coaching as it allows its members to develops skill and techniques to be able to manage health and mental wellness along with work life balance.  Within the organisation different models are applied, ACT program, appreciative enquiry, resilience training along with bespoke programs to suit the environment.

As a wellness coach the mental welfare and state of mind is an area that I would like everyone to talk about freely. Talking about our mental health should be as easy and as common as we discuss the weather.
